Doncaster PAC’s biggest annual event: The Craft Fair!

All vendors are welcome to register! Returning vendors are given priority until July 31. Beginning on August 1, we will start table assignment and processing registrations from new vendors on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid. Payment options include:
- e-transfer to dpac.payments@gmail.com
- PayPal
- Cash at the School Office
- Cheque made payable to Doncaster School Auxiliary Society delivered or sent to the school at:

Tables are provided. They are standard 6-feet by 3-feet size, and each comes with two chairs. The cost of renting a table at the fair is $45 per table. You can rent up to three side-by-side tables in a single registration.
If you do not require the table for your display, we can remove it at setup and you can use any other prop of your choice as long as it fits within the 6 x 3 space.
Note that we cannot guarantee space to have a prop behind your table, only instead of or next to your table. This means that if you’d like to use the table and have a large prop, you need to book two tables.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A table is not confirmed until the full payment has been received. Cancellations received two months prior to the event (September 21) will be refunded in full. Cancellations received one month prior to the event (between September 22 and October 21) will be refunded less 50%, and ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please keep in mind that this is a school fundraiser. All proceeds go towards the school. Your contributions are always greatly appreciated no matter what date!
